A signed Fred Paris cocktail ring featuring a 21.71 Carat Emerald-Cut, Dark-Green Tourmaline surrounded by a sprawling 15 Carats of White-Diamonds in a symmetrical design. The tourmaline is exceptionally clean and a fabulous dark green. In excellent condition.
